I am starting to eat healthier foods and exercise on a daily bases. Well, generally for three month I have been working out 4 days out of the week. I have been exercising constantly at a high intensity and I have loses over 15 pounds. I am happy with my result thus far but it took so long to see a change in my physical appearance. I know that you cannot snap your fingers and instantly have a hot body. However if anyone has some great tips on how to speed up the weight loss process. Thank You!
