I`ve been on Weight Watchers for a month and a week now, and it`s the most awesome decision I could have made. I must admit that in the beginning, I was a bit iffy about it because I was skeptical and questioning whether it would really work or not, but since I`ve started this program, I`ve lost nearly 10 pounds, and 15 inches off my entire body!
All I do is just write down everything I eat in a day, and make sure I`m within my daily limits allowed. I weigh in once a week, and I surprise myself with my results every single time because this plan is SO easy, it literally feels like I`m not doing anything, yet the pounds and inches are just melting off week after week.
I highly recommend this program. IT WORKS!
