Even though I follow the Weight Watchers plan I don`t buy a whole lot of their frozen foods. I prefer to make my own food at home and well, frozen food is packed with sodium and I don`t like my hands feeling bloated (as they do today since I ate this yesterday). But that happens anytime I have something with added sodium -- and it`s typically after eating anything that I didn`t prepare. I was in a bit of a "I need something to eat" moment yesterday and since my boyfriend and I did not cook anything and there wasn`t a whole lot of food in the house that wasn`t frozen solid I just threw this Sesame Noodles with Vegetables in the microwave. It`s actually pretty decent. The vegetables are a little too soft (particularly the pea pods) but other than that, it`s a decent meal. I did add a little bit of the remaining Perdue Chicken Cuts I had in the fridge to this along with some steamed broccoli. It was then a filling meal.
Have you ever had one of the Weight Watchers frozen dinners?
