Weight Loss Update Ive lost 33lbs!

May 4th is when I started my weight loss journey this past Monday I had one of my weekly weigh ins and not only hit the 30lb mark but surpassed it I am officially down 33lbs it you asked me 4 months ago If I thought i would be here I think I would of thought I would of gave up by now but I think Ive pounded it into my head this is a life style change and i have to stick with it to see results i consume under 1500 calories a day and workout 4-5 days a week a half hr to 45 mins it has done me great Im thinking of setting mini goal soon I will be sure to post.
