I`ve gone from a whopping 136 to 132 in two weeks! Okay that`s not a lot. But it`s a start. I haven`t been to the gym as often as I want to. Thus far only once a week. And the occasional jogging by the home.
I need to work out more often in the gym that I joined Blink Fitness. I had a really good work out last time including using the weights to work on my chest (pectorals) and biceps.
I would appreciate if you can give me some ideas on your motivational procedures and such.
