Everyone is uncomfortable with a part of their body. Wether it be your arms, your legs, your stomach, etc. Most people want to lose weight. And I`ve done an experiment that makes losing weight, healty, easy, fast and fun!
This is what I did:
I started eating healthier. I originaly wanted to do an all veggie and turkey diet. You`ll lose weight in the blink of an eye that way, (and it`s healthy!) but I realized I couldn`t live off of only turkey and veggies. So what I did was I really only ate healthy foods. Like fruits, veggies, lean meat, etc. And it`s been about two weeks, and I`ve lost 7 pounds. (Since it`s fat tuesday I probably gained it all back, haha) But what I realized today when I ate a cupcake and some cookies later on and a few hours later i had a bag of popcorn, that I felt like I was going to puke. I said to myself, I don`t even know how I ate junk food 24/7!! I eat all healthy now and I don`t miss junk food one bit. The only junk food i have is the 100 calaries snacks and I realized I don`t crave sugar anymore(:
I also go to the gym atleast 4 days a week. Now that`s a lot, and I used to HATE the gym, but I`m addicted now! (Not unhealthily addicted, but a good amound addicted)
So I suggest if you want to lose a few pounds, or more than a few pounds, try this for a few weeks and I promise in no time, you`ll start losing weight.
