Weight Loss Journey ~ Week #1

Hey Luuuxers !

It is high time for me to lose some pounds.
I am currently 54kg (118,8 lbs) for 156cm aargh!!

Breakfast: Bowl of cornflakes, milk, fruit.
Lunch: 1 to 2 yogurts
Dinner: nonexistent

[ WORKOUT PLAN ] At least 3 times a week.
Running: 50mins
Stairs: 20 X
Abs: 2 X 50
Cardio Twister: 2 workout sessions

Plan: During this week I lowered my calories intake. I am going to eat very small portions so that my stomach is used to receiving less amount of food.
Also my goal is to suppress this craving sensation.
