So todays breakfast is basically the same as yesterdays. A tub of yogurt, banana and my strawberry Optislim shake.
One of the things I have noticed with the optislim shakes is that I like to add more water. The directions say that 200ml of water is needed, but I like to add 400ml. I feel as though it tastes much better and keeps me fuller for longer.
Also, I like to have my fruit and yogurt with my shake, since I feel that breakfast is so important and I want to get as much good stuff in my breakfast as possible.
Something I have noticed though is that I am getting super hungry when it gets close to my next meal. About an hour before lunch and a hour or two before dinner, I start getting really hungry. I head that it is normal due to the fact I am consuming so little calories and will go away. Just wanted to know if anyone else is feeling the same??
