Hey Guys :D
So today is basically the first day of my weight loss journey! I have recently lost a little big of weight and that has inspired me to now start to try to loose more weight.
So for today breakfast today I have a tub of yogurt, a banana and a Optislim strawberry shake. I found that it was very yummy and got me through the morning. I started feeling a little hungry at 11, but had some water and tea, then had lunch at 12:30 and I was fine :D
I will post a blog telling you why I am using the Optislim, so stay turned for that :D
