Some of you who fallow me regularly know that I went on a diet a week ago. I had already lost 4ibs before starting this diet by just cutting soda but I wanted to go all the way my goal is to lose 15ibs by my birthday but I have a whole lot more than that to lose but thats my first goal.
This week Ive taken pride in my fitness and diet Ive walked everyday from little 15 min 2 block walks to 2hr walks at my local mall. Ive watched everything I ate keeping my calories below the 1700 mark
and how do I reward my self I got on the scale this morning for my 1 week weigh in and I lost another 4ibs. Thats 8 total I have lost I am over halfway to my birthday goal and I cant wait!
