For the past month I have been counting calories and exercising so I can lose weight. So far its been a success my goal is to lose 15lb by my birthday on July 4th. At the rate I`m going I think Im going to surpass that goal and possibly see 20lbs lost the more the better.
Last week I platau`ed my weight wouldnt move up or down it stayed the same luckily this week I was able to see a 3.2lbs in the last month I`ve lost a grand total of 13.2lb Im just 1.8lbs from my birthday goal weight which I hope to see at my next monday weight in.
