It`s been a while, I`ve been incredibly busy.
So everyone knows about my first weigh in, and if you don`t , you can so here:
Anyway, it`s time i fill you in up-to-date.
On week two, i joined Zumba classes, swimming and aqua aerobics, just basically being more active. The results in week two were substantial.
I lost <b>7.2</b> pounds.
I did the same this week and i only lost
<b>2.43</b> pounds. I am very happy with this result, but, i was under the impression I would have lost more than 2.43 pounds because I worked hard.
Anyway , i am on week 4 now. I will update everyone this Friday , or Saturday. So far to date, i have lost <b>1 stone and 2.43 pounds </b>
Is anyone else on a diet? Do you have any advice?
