Its monday the 2nd weigh in since my diet and I`m happy to say its another loss last week I lost 4ibs this week wasnt as successful but still was a success as I lost 2ib my percentage of muscle has went up and my percentage of water. We all know muscle weighs more than fat so its nice to see Im starting to gain some muscle. I`ve lost 10ibs total since visiting the docs my goal is to lose 15 by my birthday July 4th I have about 5 wks and 2 days till my goal so I really hope to reach it. I havent figured out how I`m going to treat my self yet. I might take a trip to the Grove City Outlets in PA a small out of state trip that involves lots of walking got to get my exercise and not to mention some shopping!
