Watermelon jello puding

Last weekend I made this delicious desert with watermellon jello. and as the weather is warming up, it feels good a fresh desert.

This is an easy recipe that I often do with many jello flavors, but I never tried with the watermelon one.

I loved it but I prefer with strawberry or peach jello, since theyre my favorite jello flavors.

Its a recipe that always result and its delicious and so velvety like mousse. The best thing is that is easy and fast to do it. Good when we have no time or in emergency situations when family and friends appear by surprise.

I leave you the recipe, so you can see that I`m not lying :)

Youll need:

1 jello pack of your choice, 3 eggs, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 0.5 dl milk

In a pan mix the yolks with the sugar, add the milk dissolved with the cornstarch and let it boil, let thicken stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add the jello, mix well and let cool slightly.

Beat the egg whites until they firm and add to the previous mixture earlier after warm involving carefully.

Throw in a form passed by cold water and bring to refrigerator overnight.

Unmold the puding before serving and garnish.
