So one of the things that I dislike doing is to drink water. And I think a lot of people feel that way. So I`ve been on a self improvement journey lately and I have been forcing myself to drink more water. Not only is it a necessity in life, but it also helps improve your over all health and appearance! Betcha knew that, but you still don`t drink enough water....righhhhht? LOL
Okay maybe I`m the only one. But my skin is super acne prone and I`ve noticed a drastic difference in my skin when I drank 8-10 glasses of water each day. That, and it also helps with weight loss, which is always a plus in my book!
So I`m just curious, do you drink 8-10 glasses of water each day?
