Water water everywhere but not a drop to drink! But then again if you just pop down to your local supermarket you can pop in and buy a big bottle for around 1. Dehydration is one of the worst minor illnesses a person can get and when your exercising you need to drink extra water to comprise the water your sweating out during the workout. Everyday when I head to work I tend to bring a big bottle well 700ml of water which I sip throughout the day. I set targets so this bottle will be finished by 2pm and then I will either refil my bottle or keep drinking from the water coolers at work. When I`m working out however I make sure to drink 300ml directly before my workout and 300ml after my workout to re hydrate my body after the exercise I have completed. Do you drink enough water?
