Water is very healthy, but i think all of us already know that.
I try to drink as much as possible! not only do i see a difference in my skin but also with my hair and just overal health! :)
I once read that people who drink more than 5 glasses of water (a day) have a 41% smaller chance of getting an hart attack, also the risk of blatter cancer decreases with a chance of 50%.

If your dehydrated you`ll look very tired and probably look very tired! being dehydrated causes you to be very weak.

Better skin:
Drinking enough water will help you with getting better and younger skin, it also keeps your skin smooth.

Losing weight:
Water is one of the best things that can help you with losing weight, (I myself don`t drink it for losing weight but i just really love water! it`s so fresh! haha!) A lot of people like to drink soda`s and other very sweet stuff that have lots of sugar`s and calorie`s (which by the way, sugar is very bad for your skin.. it will not keep the skin tight, smooth and young).

Try to add drinking water in your routine, for example you could just put a bottle of water in your bag so whenever you feel thirsty you don`t buy a soda but just drink your water instead! or you could drink water every morning as soon as you wake up and try to just drink water as much as possible for the rest of the day.
