Warm Up: High Knee Runs

This exercise starts off a little strange you have to stand up straight very straight because if you don`t it makes the exercise a bit difficult run in place and bring your knees to your chest basically and insticints should kick in from there and it shouldn`t be to hard to figure out from this mini-clip And remember this is just a warm up to get your blood pumping for the real exercise!
