Hi guys, it`s almost summer and well everybody wants to lose weight to show off their body. Well here`s some basic, simple, and easy tips to guide you guys to lose weight. By the way guys this goes for girls and guys! Just a disclaimer this picture is from google.
1)Drink plenty of water.
Our body needs a lot of water so give in to the water. Water is not just a way to flush out toxin but if you have more water in your body you will generally feel healthier and fitter. This is self will discourage any tendency to gorge. The best thing about water is that it has no calories at all. Before you ever start a meal, drink a glass of water. By drinking a glass of water before you start your meal it will make yourself full. Which means you will eat less.
2)Stay away from sweetened drinks.
Sodas, sweetened drinks, and fizzy drinks are sweetened with sugar. And sugar means calories! The more you can cut yourself of soda the better. Plus, soda is considered unhealthy for you. It`s bad for your teeth, bones, and etc.
3)Watch what you eat.
Make sure you keep a steady eye on what you eat. Remember that it is the easiest thing in the world to eat something without realizing it was something you shouldn`t have eaten.
4)Control your sweet tooth.
Remember the more sweet things you eat the more calories you take. You know remember that its natural to crave for sweet things. So don`t blame yourself, and if you really can`t control your sweet tooth then just try controlling how much you eat.
5)Count your calories.
To lose weight fast, it is a good idea to keep track of your calories. They say when you keep count of how much money you spend each day you will spend less. Well it is the same concept with counting your calories. And now a days it even easier to keep track of your calories. If you have a smartphone you can just easily download a app that lets you keep track of your calories!
6)Do not skip your meals.
Skipping your meals is one of the worst things you can possibly do while you are dieting. People think that you can actually lose weight but actually it does the opposite effect. You need to have at least 3-4 meals a day.
7)Stay away from fried foods
Eating fried food is a definite NO! The more fried food you avoid, the lesser weight you will gain. Fried food are called fried food because there basically fried in oil or fat. (OBVIOUSLY) Anyways, fried food is basically drenched in fat and oil. There is nothing good to gain from fat and oil.
