Vietnamese Vermicelli Noodles and Pork

Another great dish from my friend`s restaurant in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She prepared a bowl of vermicelli noodles and topped it off with pieces of perfectly grilled marinated pork and a whole lot of vegetables.

This is one of the basic, go to meals that I use to love to have while I was growing up. I`s actually very simple to make (the hard part just being marinating). Prepare the noodles as instructed on the packaging and then after marinating the pork toss it on the grill until you get a nice char on them.

I usually like to have my food extra spicy, for that added kick and flavor, so adding some jalapenos and chili sauce is a must!
