Vietnamese Steamed Rice Flour Crepes

What is this Vietnamese Dish? This isn`t the common pho or rice dish but it`s `banh cuon` which is Vietnamese steamed rice flour crepes served with Vietnamese ham, bean sprouts, cucumbers, fresh herbs and a side of egg rolls. You typically dip the crepes into fish sauce with hot sauce but I prefer soy sauce! I love the combination of banh cuon because it`s delicate and soft plus you get crispy crunches from the bean sprouts and egg rolls, it`s like fire works in your mouth!
