Went for pho for dinner tonight and decided to order the spring rolls since I haven`t really tried Vietnamese style spring rolls.
They were not as good as I expected, maybe because they had meat inside.
Personally, I love the Chinese style Vegetarian Spring rolls with carrots, cabbage, mushrooms and vermicelli.
The one that I tasted today had ground meat, most likely chicken and beef. It was a bit mushy due to the meat, I like the entire thing crunchy and crispy.
I guess to each their own.
Which style of Spring Rolls do you guys prefer?
