Pho is a pretty popular bowl of noodles and typically it`s eaten with some sort of meat whether it`s meatballs, sliced rare beef, beef brisket, chicken but how about seafood = shrimp? I`m Vietnamese and I honestly never thought about eating pho with shrimp nor have I tried pho with shrimp before until today!
My boyfriend and I had lunch together and a friend recommended my boyfriend to try the Vietnamese Shrimp Pho so he did and he said it`s the same broth just instead of beef brisket, it`s shrimp. This would be a good alternative to someone who is cutting down on meat. My boyfriend enjoyed it because it was something new and for me, I thought it was alright, I`m not much of a fan of shrimp. I prefer the beef and meatballs more.
Have you ever tried Vietnamese Shrimp Pho? If so, what did you think of it? If not would you? Do you prefer Chicken/Beef/Shrimp Pho?
