One of my favorite protein dishes has to be Vietnamese Shaken Beef. And why is that you may ask? Because it is prepared with the best cut of steak! I love anything steak!
This is homemade shaken beef, which is very easy to prepare. You marinade the top sirloin (or ribeye) with the following: Garlic, Pepper, Oyster Sauce, Hoisin Sauce, Soy Sauce, Sugar, Honey, and Sesame Oil. Let the beef marinade for at least 2 hours and then cook it each side for about 3 minutes for that perfectly cooked steak.
I love serving this on top of a nice salad (with extra tomatoes).
