Vietnamese Pork Skewers amp Patty!

I love eating Vietnamese Pork Skewers and Patties [The patties are normally made with beef but since my family is cutting down on beef they used pork instead] but the meats go well with noodles. My dad wasn`t in the mood for noodles so we settled with buying some banh hoi (which is rice vermicelli that is woven together). You eat the meat, banh hoi with some chopped green onion sauteed in olive oil on top and it`s the bomb. There is a sauce you prepare with this but I just use some soy sauce instead. On the side you eat lots of lettuce, mints and greens. =)

<em>How my mom cooked the meat?</em>

My family is trying to eat more healthy so we used the George Foreman Grill and all the fat and stuff is drained out. You can tell the difference when it`s grilled on the bbq grill but it`s not that bad just tastes way healthier and quicker too. It took my mom less than 15 minutes to cook all that meat!
