My mom made some delicious vietnamese pastries today. It`s a French-Inspired Vietnamese pastry with a pork filling. The crust is buttery and flaky, my favorite part. The filling has pate, spices, and pork--so good! We used pre made puff pastry to make it easier and to save time. When you bake it just brush some egg over the top to make it crispy.
