Now when everyone hears Vietnamese noodle soup, Pho is what typically comes to mind. Bun rieu however, is definately my favorite of all. With the cold weather coming, it is the perfect warm me upper. Bun rieu is made with vermicelli noodles. The soup itself contains crab mets and tomatoes with the option of side veggies like celery and bean sprouts. It`s not always on he menu at many of the local Vietnamese restaurants here but when it is, it`s a must try!
