This Saturday after work I decided to eat Banh Mi. The
type of Banh Mi I ate were Banh Mi Xiu Mai as known as
Vietnamese Meatball Sandwich.
The thing was I didn`t know we had gio (pork) in the refrigerator
until I finished eating my Banh Mi Xiu Mai. LOL So, all I had inside
my Banh Mi was the Red meatball (xiu mai), cucumber, cilantro,
soy sauce, sirarcha hot sauce and Black pepper. Oh yeah! I also
added a thin layer of mayo since it taste good with it!
Overall, it was good with or without the gio I forgotten to add.
