Tonight for dinner, my parents made a healthier version of Vietnamese Grilled Pork by grilling the meat on the George Foreman! The key ingredient is lemon grass, lemon grass makes this meat extremely flavorful. You could eat Grilled Pork with anything from bread, rice to noodles. I was craving for noodles so we had Grilled Pork topped with dried garlic with noodles, served with Japanese cucumber and sauces (fish sauce or soy sauce with lemon infused).
