Hello everyone! My boyfriend and I are big fans of these Vietnamese cookies. They are a bit plain but have an authentic peanut, almond, and sometimes cashew flavour. These crumble in your mouth when you bite in, and seem to just melt. I like how these cookies are much smaller than your traditional chocolate-chip at about a width of a Canadian toonie, which is the perfect bite size. Have you ever tried these as a snack?
