Vietnamese Clear Shrimp Pork Dumpling

My sister and I have been craving this for the longest time, but we
both don`t know how to make it. Who do we turn to when it comes
to this? Mama Tran!

She knows how to make it so she got the flour and everything prepare
and my sister and I did the rest. I heard its kind of hard because you gotta
get the flour made the right way? I don`t know, but I surely ate me 15 of these!

HAHA Basically its a translucent (almost gelatinous) tubes of sticky tapioca flour.
We usually fill ours with shrimps which we like to marinate it a little. I eat this with
fish sauce (nuoc mam) Overall, I`m glad I got to eat some because it has been awhile.
We made some more since my dad and sister ate the rest of what we made. Btw, they`re called banh bot loc
