For Thanksgiving my little sister volunteer to make the Che
Thai since we didn`t have any desserts. LOL Everybody was
responsible to make a dish so we can share what we can
Since she was in town without a car I was nice enough to
take her on my off day. We both went to the Hong Kong Market
to buy the stuff we needed to make this fabulous Che Thai.
If you don`t know what it is than just think of it as a cocktail drink
with fruits in it. Yummy right?
This is what we picked up while were at the Hong Kong
-3 cans of coconut jelly
-3 cans of coconut jelly cubes
-3 cans of jack fruits
-3 cans of lychee
-3 cans of almond jelly
-3 cans of logan
-3 cans of toddy palm
-3 cans of green grass jelly
half and half milk
basically all you need to do is just mixed everything together,
but don`t add the syrup from the fruit cans. Just dump the syrup
out just so the Che Thai won`t be too sweet.
