I honestly have no clue what to call this in English, because I`ve only ever had it at home. However, it has to be one of the best dim sum type dishes I`ve ever had. I have a craving for this about once a month, and making it at home is the best!
It`s actually quite easy because you just buy the rice flour mix and add the correct amount of water to make the liquidy batter. Then, for the meat part, you take ground pork and season it with onions, sugar, and a bit of fish sauce and cook it over a stove top until fully browned.
The key to this dish is laying out the batter really thin (thinner than a crepe). It gives it a light texture, and the pork filling gives it a lot of flavor.
Not the healthiest of meals, but absolutely loving this!
