Hi everyone! Here is a really old Rite Aid and Target haul from last year. One of the products I`m always buying and stocking up on is face powders, since it`s a product I use everyday to set my foundations and it runs out fairly quickly. My skin type is pretty oily, so I`m always looking to try new powders that will help keep me shine-free for longer.
What I picked up:
>> Neutrogena Shine Control Powder in `Invisible` (~$12 at the drugstore): This powder is G of NouveauCheap`s favorite setting powder and she has really oily skin like me so I decided to give this a try. It claims to keep you shine free for 8 hours, to layer invisibly over makeup and to have a matte finish. At the time of purchase Neutrogena was on sale and I had a $5 printable manufacturer`s coupon so I was able to get this powder for about $5.
>> Vaseline lip therapy ($2): I haven`t used Vaseline as a lip product in ages, but people were raving about this little Vaseline jar. The packaging is probably what draws people in: anything small is adorable (babies, puppies, kittens, etc). I actually bought this to turn into a homemade lip scrub by adding sugar to it.
Thanks for reading! Have you tried either of these products? If you have oily skin like me, what is your favorite setting powder?
