Vegetarian Udon Soup

This meal is packed with so much deliciousness it`s not even funny. It`s healthy too :)

- 100g udon packet
- miso paste (add to taste)
- asparagus
- carrots
- chives
- a pinch of salt to taste
- a pinch of white pepper

Other ingredient suggestions: spring onions, egg, chives, lettuce, buk choy, shiitake mushrooms

1. Bring a small pot of water to a boil.
2. Put on medium heat and throw in udon noodles, asparagus, chives and carrots. Cook for 4 minutes.
3. Add miso paste, salt and pepper. Add more if needed.
