I have been posting a lot about vegetable dishes lately, it seems like I am eating healthy all the time but trust me I`ve been snacking a lot as well so this kinda balance it off a little :p This is a really simple stir fry dish but it was super tasty, our friend made this for us at her house and I took some leftovers home to eat with rice and it was really good the next day. If I am not mistaken, she stir fries some vegetarian fish with celery, bean sprouts, carrots, bamboo shoots (my favorite!) and mushrooms and season it with just soy sauce and pepper before serving it to us pipping hot, yummy!!
