I love browsing for recipes on the Internet; they can be any regular dishes that are either vegetarian or non vegetarian. Since my husband and I are 100% vegetarians, I usually try to make changes to the non vegetarian dishes just to add a little bit of variety and spice in our vegetarian lifestyles. While I was reading one of my favorite food blogs, the blogger was making her version of Thai Crab Cakes and I thought maybe I could do a vegetarian version on that recipe. So I head over to the Asian store and bought some vegetarian "fish" soy protein and tofu which I mashed up and mix everything together with an egg. I seasoned the mixture with a little bit of salt and pepper before shaping them and pan frying them. It was an experiment that turned out to be my husband`s favorite dish now!:) I also pan fried some egg tofu and I`ve always think that those tofu look like scallops even they taste nothing like scallops to complete our vegetarian `seafood` meal :). Needless to say, my hubby polished off everything and asked for more, LOL!
