Hello Guys! Most of your probably know by now that I am a vegetarian judging from all of my food posts :) I urge you to give vegetarian food a try because vegetarian food can be delicious and healthy at the same time! I have been going vegetarian for a year now and I have seen so many positive changes in myself and my body. I have lost 20 pounds since last year and my skin feels great (less acne-prone) with all the fruits and vegetables that I have been consuming. I feel happy all the time because I know that I am doing this for better health :)
