I got this app because I was interested in adding some vegan meals into my diet. I am not a vegan or even a vegetarian but thought this would be a good app to get more veggies into my diet. This app has daily tips about being vegan and all kinds of great meal ideas which include nutritional information. There are substitute suggestions for if you want a certain type of flavor or taste but want a vegan option.
This app takes you through 21 days with different recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. It is cool to just have the recipes at hand but if you really are interested in becoming vegan, this has a 21 day plan that would make it really easy. It`s free so I recommend!
