Today I present to you a suggestion for you to experience along with the meatloaf. I think everyone has already eaten at least once, roll of veal. So I give you a suggestion of adding dried fruit to follow.
6 tbsp (tablespoons) raisins
350g minced veal
60g pine kernels and almonds
salt and pepper
veal steaks, very thin and of the same size
2dl white wine
Soak the raisins in cold water.
Drain, chop and set aside.
Pour into a bowl beef, chopped onion, half of raisins, dried fruit, lemon juice, salt, pepper and cumin to taste.
Mix and set aside.
Spread the slices of meat and fill with this mixture.
Form rolls, cover them with a sheet of tender leek, scalded and lean, and brown in olive oil.
Add the remaining chopped raisins and pour over the wine.
Reduce the heat, cover the pot and cook until the meat is tender and the sauce has established.
Serve with the personal taste.
