In the few (?) weeks I haven`t posted, I have def shopped around a lot, but wanted to show a couple pieces that I am IN LOVE with, and one that was a HUGE WASTE.
So, first I bought a pink cap sleeve dress from H &M that has this cute gold exposed zipper. I LOVE IT. it`s so flattering and classy. I love the hot pink color, and I wore it with aqua eyeshadow and gold jewelry when I went out one night. i wore my wedges that night, and they got DESTROYED. fml I`ll post about those a little later. I`m still sore over it. So, this is the frst purchase I have paid full price for in a very long time. It wasn`t the most expensive, but usually I have a coupon, or it`s on sale. lol, I was spoiled by all the deals I`ve been finding. It was $24.50-which is AWESOME for this dress. Actually I loved it so much I bought it in black as well. lol. That night I went out, I saw someone wearing the same dress in zebra print. it was funny.
Next, was a blazer from arden b for only $20! it was on super clearance and I`m so happy with this since Im not really a red person, and I`m trying to incorporate some red in my wardrobe.
Now, for my fail. Though I love my toofaced, the truth is, they don`t have the color dark enough for me in their pressed powder (AND they`re super pricey) so I bought that Neutrogena healthy skin, which I liked, but I wanted to try the Almay smart shade since it sounded so cool. It sucked. seriously. color matching failure aside (It was a white residue on my skin) the powder was so sheer, it didn`t cover ANYTHING. My skin`s not terrible, so even if it painted me white, it should`ve given some coverage right? nope. i returned it the same day. I would NOT recommend this product!
so luuuxers...anyone have any pressed powder suggestions, or should I go back to bareminerals? also-has almay smart shade worked for you? let me know!!!
