Vanessa Hudgens` Kettleball Workout

When Vanessa Hudgens found out she was given a role in a movie called Sucker Punch she knew it was time to get in shape. One of her routine would includes a kettlebell. Kettlebell are a good workout if you want to tone your physiques.

To start you`ll need:

-two 12-24 pound kettlebells
-dumbbells && medicine ball are welcome.

With this you can work with your abs, arms, back, chest, legs, shoulders, butt etc

To start stand with your hands on your side. Just so your palms face your thighs and with the kettleball on each hand. Try to walk forward slowly for two minutes. Repeat!
