I have this great app called foodnote available on the android to help me track what i ate. I just take photos of all the food i`ve consumed in that dat and it records the time. You can also include the location or description as Well. its just a quick way of keeping track if the foods you`ve had. I hope this helps anyone with weight loss goals. You can always go back and look at what you ate . Photos are mine please do not steal.
