Use spices instead salt!

We all know salt its really bad for our health, but we think if we left it aside our food will be tasteless. WRONG! A really good way for you to give flavour to your food is using spices, you can get richer flavours with a low percentage of sodium.
So think about it next time have an adventure in your spice cabine and give salt a rest.
