Urban Decay Urban Defense in Halo - Review

I recently bought this product at a major discount for $3 on http://hautelook.com, although it now runs the same price on Urban Decay`s website. I`m a complete newbie to this brand, and although I have spent many hours on their website (or on others that host their products), flip-flopping on whether or not I deserve a $50 palette or a $17 matte eyeshadow, this is my first UD purchase. I figured this would be an easy way to introduce myself to a new brand and replace one or two of my drug store makeup items.
This product is a three-in-one: it moisturizes your face, acts as a sunblock with SPF 20, and gives your skin a subtle all-over tint. I`m not a fan of piling a lot of products on my face if I don`t have to, and one thing I love about this is that it`s so sheer and easy to apply that I don`t have to worry about blending perfectly or looking too "done".
One thing to keep in mind with this product is that it contains both a moisturizer and a sunblock, so it`s not going to leave you with a perfect matte finish. I like to finish it up with a small amount of pressed powder foundation to hide any shiny places and allow everything to set.
I would recommend this (or a similar product) to anyone who wants an easy, no-hassle way to incorporate a moisturizer and a sunblock into their foundation routine. This also applies for those who don`t want to spend too much time in front of a mirror!
