*Update* My myglam May 2012

If you read my last post here on my May 2012 myglam bag you know I was missing a lot of stuff from the bag. I was missing the lipstick, the perfume sample & they sent 2 concealer brushes instead of 1 concealer brush & 1 eyeliner brush.

I wasn`t mad because I know mistakes happen all the time in warehouses but since I paid for this service I just wrote to myglam letting them know what I was missing. I got a response right away saying how sorry they were and they would be sending out all the items I was missing right away. I got a tracking number and everything as soon as the items were sent out.

Today I got my new myglam bag in the mail & the first thing I noticed was they sent it in the baby pink bubble mailer which I personally like more then the fuchsia bubble mailer. Not that that matters in anyway but it made me happy lol. I am simple to please I guess. :)

Inside was the studio gear lipstick in the color Joy. I am thrilled I didn`t get a red or a brown. The picture shows the lipstick lighter then what it is in person because of the flash I had to use but it is a very pretty color and I will be using it.

I also got the eyeliner brush which I can always use more eyeliner brushes.

The love sweet love perfume is something I would wear it is a citrus scent but sweet at the same time but a light sweet nothing heavy. I like it and MIGHT actually shell out the $42.00 USD and get the full size bottle I will wait to see how it wears on my skin & the lasting power.

I had no idea but myglam also tossed in 3 extras which I thought was very nice. I was happy with the sorry I got in the email and that they would send me my missing products.

The extras I got were:

Sheer Cover duo concealer in light/medium

Freeman facial enzyme mask pineapple

Freeman hydration mask goji berry

I know some people say that the myglam customer service is bad and maybe they had a bad representative but I have nothing but positive things to say about their customer service team. I will say if you are dealing with customer service via email they always include a link to rate the experience/reply & I highly suggest that you always use that. You give a star rating and you can also write a comment.

Anyway I promised I would do an update here on myglam in my last post so here it is.

Note: I paid for my myglam subscription myself myglam did include the extras but I was not asked to ever mention them fixing the issues or anything like that. I had mentioned in the last post I would do an update when I got my missing products or what ever the resolution would be. All opinions are my own & all pictures for this post I took myself.
