Last year i made a post on my stomach, i went back and see how i did. I fail... i would be so dedicated in working out so much i end up quitting. So i decided to start fresh! i am going to the gym everyday but Sunday. And i have been following through all the excerise i been doing, i just hope i can keep up with the workout and my goal, i download some apps for me to do on my itouch, and i really like it. Not only that i been hula looping for 1 hour almost everyday. i found a great way of feeling full. i been eating breakfast lunch and dinner and a lot of little snacks. before i have each meal i like to drink about a cup of water before i eat so i get full! i learned this technique from a you-tuber!
