Ive only had my cellphone for about 5 months before I broke it. I`m hard on phones and shattered the screen on this one. I was very lucky when my serivce provider which is prepaid Virgin Mobile offered to replace it since it was under its 1yr warranty. They didnt charge me for anything not even shipping and they sent me a complete new unit, Phone, back casing, battery and charger. It wasn`t the same color as my original phone which was white this one they sent me was silver but thats ok because I couldnt be more than happier to have a replacement. I feel after this issue I have to say Virgin Mobile has excellent customer service.
