I have to take my hats off to the chef at Noodles Co. who made this yummylicious stir-fry udon noodles :) It can be challenging to make a good plate of udon noodles as these noodles are softer than most noodles. I`ve tried making it at home but my udon noodles usually come out clumped all together when I stir fry them with sauce. It takes some skills to perfect this dish so the noodles stay bouncy, nicely caramelized and delicious :) I had my udon noodles with bean sprouts, carrots, broccoli and organic tofu. What`s your favorite noodles?:P
