It seems that the internet(well, the services) are changing a lot lately and now its time for twitter.
What is a web service for people to express their own opinions on everything and share their thoughts, what they are doing, etc in a small message might not be so free after all.
Twitter has announced that they are implementing a service to censor tweets in certain countries, so depending on where you are, your tweet might be scanned by their new tech service and if its related to a illegal product in that country, like if you tweet about a book that has been blocked/outlawed in your country, that tweet will be censored and will not show to users from the country.
Now the cool part of it is that even though it wont show the users of that country, it will show to everybody else.
To be honest, I dont like this type of censorship on web services but I do get why they had to implement them and follow them for legal reasons.
Do you use twitter? What do you think of the censorship on tweets?
